The List for Diversity and Social Affairs stands for a colorful, social, and sustainable university where all students feel comfortable. We represent a discrimination-free, queer-feminist, anti-fascist, and ecological stance.

Expand Infrastructure	🍽️🔧 Our mission: transform the Mensa! The food tastes bland, it’s overpriced, and portions feel microscopic. 🚗🍔 We demand a Mensa Drive-In so everyone can grab a meal by car, bike, or on foot. 🚘🤝 We support campus-wide car sharing to prevent social exclusion—and who knows, it might even make the semester ticket obsolete!
Active against the Right, Racism, and Anti-Semitism!	We support feminist and queer structures, organizations, and educational offerings. Since the installation of the Anti-Racism and LGBTQIA⁺-themed benches in front of the ZHG had no visible impact, we demand at least 38 more of these benches across campus—maybe then they’ll make a difference! ✊🏳️‍🌈🪑
Consistent Climate Policy, Ecological AND Social!	🚍🚌 We call for a massive expansion of public transport and a forward-thinking parking concept. 🏫⚡ Lecture halls must be renovated for energy efficiency. 🔄🗑️🚭 Install more trash cans and ashtrays all over campus to keep things clean and safe!
Improve Working Conditions for Student Jobs	💼💰 Student jobs at our university must pay more! 🔝➖💸 Let’s fund fair wages by cutting the salaries of top earners—for example, the university president.
Social Justice	🏠 Student dorms are nearly full! We demand the university build more housing to accommodate all students, staff—and even their families and children. 💶 We back a rent cap on dormitories, ensuring everyone pays a fair price. 🍺🚫 We oppose any student event where beer costs over €2 per liter—party smart, party affordable!
Promote Sports and Culture	🏊‍♀️🎭 We champion the recognition of student participation in sports and cultural events—like the 24-hour swim—as credit-worthy academic achievements! 🎓✨
Study How You Want!	📚🚫 No more mandatory attendance for exam modules—let learning be flexible! ✅ Ban unnecessary progress checks to reduce stress. 💻🏫 Enable hybrid lectures so you can join in person or online. 🌿🧠 Introduce study-free weeks to give your mind a well-deserved break.
Stop Censorship	🎮⛔ We demand the immediate unblocking of the Hay Day servers! 🌾📚 This hyper-realistic agricultural simulation is essential for Environmental Engineering and Resource Management students, helping them deepen their knowledge and gain invaluable hands-on farming experience. 🚜🌱
